Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Assist customers with menu choices and provide recommendations
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations
- Restock and replenish service items as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
