• Defining project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones, and providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Engaging with CXOs, senior government officials, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources, and overseeing the implementation of SAP solutions
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues, and ensuring compliance with project governance frameworks
• Developing and managing project budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring proper financial tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP , PRINCE2 , or similar
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and methodologies, and experience with SAP implementation projects
