You will be part of our team involved primarily in the service & repair of laser tools in Asia Pacific Region.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out on-site service assignments, installation and training for the assign tool.
- Provide phone technical support and parts recommendation to customer
- Able to provide timely on site respond to customer service request.
- Complete service work and time sheets report.
- Inhouse reliability testing, repair and overhaul of components.
- Monitor repair and overhaul activities.
- Must be able to travel on short notice.
- Interpret electrical and electronic drawings.
- Data entry and update engineering documentation
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics.
- Computer literate, MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Word – compulsory
- Familiar with interfacing software and communication protocol.
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years working experience in an engineering company or related field
- Fresh grads are welcome as well.
- Must have hands-on experience with electronic measurement instrument.
- Able to communicate in English – written and spoken
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
