Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support the supervision of external service providers for routine and ad-hoc site activities.
• Coordinate planned operational tasks to align with established schedules and relevant standards.
• Engage with external parties for service arrangements and related administrative processes.
• Conduct regular system monitoring, recovery procedures, and functional adjustments to maintain operational continuity.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiencies and implement improvements where appropriate.
• Offer guidance on operational issues and provide support for infrastructure-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related technical discipline
• Independent and proactive with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of managing concurrent tasks and meeting required timelines
• Competent in preparing documentation and reports using Microsoft Office tools
