Job Responsibility
- Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately place orders and assist in serving orders to tables.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items offered by the restaurant.
- Confidently present the menu to customers to suggest and upsell various food and beverage options.
- Follow SOP for clearing and resetting tables to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to uphold sanitation and presentation standards. Fulfill any other assigned tasks related to service and cleanliness as directed by management.
