Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Implement automation, scripts, and service catalog items to streamline ITSM and business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide ongoing support for platform issues.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Document solutions, configurations, and technical processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, and client/server scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
