Introduction
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible to work with clients on a daily basis. You will help assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting their objectives, the SAM will, develop proposals, manage clients and to ensure all sales administrative is done in an orderly & timely manner (including invoicing).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support new and existing businesses;
- Provide sales support to outbound sales people;
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for sales bids and proposals.
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships across sales territories;
- Facilitate smooth transitions to Client Services for sold projects;
- Educate potential clients about online Marketing Research and Toluna;
- Monitor project progress and engage in client follow-ups to foster ongoing relationships;
- Ensure completion of all business administrative tasks, including bids entry, project closure, cost confirmation, invoicing and internal commercial reports.
Skills and Experience
- Over 4 years of experience in market research, with a focus on client servicing or account management.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and creative in addressing client needs and business challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and skill development.
