Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and verify delivery schedules with warehouse and transport teams
- Prepare delivery documentation (DOs, invoices, PODs) and ensure accuracy
- Liaise with drivers and customers to confirm delivery completion
- Maintain records of dispatched goods and returned items
- Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies or delays
- Support logistics team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, email, etc.)
