- Be the contact person for ships arriving Singapore.
- Process all formalities and declarations on time to ensure smooth entry/departure of ships.
- Follows all rules and regulations according to authorities.
- Maintains a good relationship with the Ship Captain and Chief Engineer of the ship.
- Able to juggle the demands of paperwork and on-site work. Willing to work irregular hours to cater to the different ship arrival time. Remains calm and copes with any emergency events and tight work deadlines.
- Familiar with ICA application, crew change, Digiport, PSA IMOS, Pilotage booking.
- Prepare quotations and distributes disbursements for ship owners.
- Board vessels at the anchorage when required.
- Regularly update our principals on the operational activities of the vessels
Requirements:
- 'N' Levels and above
- At least 1 year related working experience in the marine industry
- Problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Takes initiative and responsible
- Fluent in English language and basic MS office skills.
