Roles and responsibilities
- Assist SPM/PM in execution and managing day-to-day activities
- Monitor work progress in relevance to project schedule
- Coordinate & liaise with clients and site team to ensure the works are performed in accordance with specification & drawings
- Conduct and attend site inspections
- Assist in the requisition of materials, and ensure timely delivery and mobilisation
- Maintain project database and record keeping of all construction documents
- Prepare progress details, estimations and any other reports as required
- Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Will be located at site office and may need to travel to different sites
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore construction industry (preferably in civil field)
- Proficient in English, MS Office, AutoCad
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and able to complete task independently under tight deadline
- Good team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set times and expectations
- Willingness to learn & grow
- Working location will be based in Tuas
