Supervising fabrication, assembly, and outfitting activities
- Overseeing all phases of shipbuilding or repair, including steel fabrication, piping, electrical systems, painting, and outfitting.
Managing interface with subcontractors and suppliers

Ensuring compliance with classification society rules and regulations:
- Adhering to the standards and requirements of organizations like ABS , DNV , or Lloyd's Register .
Managing vessel dry-docking and repair operations:
- Coordinating the process of lifting the vessel out of the water, performing necessary repairs, and returning it to service.
Overseeing testing and commissioning of systems:
- Ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning correctly before delivery.
