Role & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites (Oil & Gas)
- Manage workers, subcontractors and personnels on project sites
- Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met
- Lead site consultation and participate in designing & for projects, tender submission etc
- Plan, lead and supervise upgrading works, addition and alteration works
- To attend site matters / discussions to resolve technical / site issues and progress matters
- Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc
- Lead a team of supervisors and workers and oversight of manpower for project execution
- Continuing to improve all installation works schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, materials procurement and selection, and efficient site management
- Prepare & submit monthly progress claim, follow up their approved payment cert, payment & etc
- To prepare, submit Variation Claims with instruction documents & part-plan from client
- To provide facilities and administration support to the Organization
- Responsible for ensuring implementing safety measures
- Any other roles and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company and/or by the Company’s Director(s) and/or by your Reporting Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in (Electrical and Instrumentation) Oil & Gas
- General knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong skills in business analysis and economic evaluation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
