As a Sourcing Specialist, you will report to the Director - Head of Cards & CPE, Professional Services & Travel. The Travel category consists of 7 sub-categories: Airlines, Hotels, Travel Agency, Meeting and Events, Car Leasing, Car Rental and Corporate / Lodge Cards. are some of the key examples of global spend areas.
Main tasks include:
- Perform market and industry analysis to support category and sourcing strategy development
- Coordinate internal data collection and validation to ensure on time and quality insights during analysis and execution.
- Establish measures to assess progress and performance for planned initiatives and established process.
- Perform RFX and analyse vendor offers and cost structures by tracking TCO, usage and pricing.
- Provide support with supplier evaluation/s and selection process, in accordance with the standard sourcing framework.
- Manage Sievo and PO reporting process across initiatives and contracts.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on all initiatives within the category.
- Support in coordination on handling demands, handle portfolio and reduce the procurement cycle time.
- Prepare necessary documentation for senior management reporting.
- Support global category strategy development and execution with any tasks required to ensure successful outcome, but mainly pertaining to coordination, data analysis and reporting
- Liaise with internal local and regional Business Unit stakeholders to develop an understanding of products and services, and timely sourcing requirements, and establish and maintain effective relations with BUs as TPC customers.

Qualification and Experiences Requirements
- Fully self-driven, result-oriented, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- More than 1 year in a procurement / contract management / vendor / negotiations / supply chain management role or as functional expert in sourcing
- Bachelor degree, preferably within business administration, finance, supply chain or similar.
- Broad experience with Microsoft & other relevant tools, e.g. Excel, Power BI, PPT, Think cell
- Have basic insight into end-to-end Sourcing process and strategies.
