As a member of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner's team, you will play a key role in supporting the NCS Talent Acquisition Team. While learning from experienced TABPs and Recruiters, you’ll focus on sourcing and engaging candidates while building foundational skills in tech recruitment.
Job Description
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with your team to support sourcing strategies for technology job requisitions.
- Utilize tools like job platforms, search engines, social media, and referrals to identify tech talent across different skill sets.
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Deliver a great candidate experience.
- Assist with data entry and management in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Support batch interview setups and coordinate onsite recruitment events when needed.

- Receive hands-on training in tools like SmartRecruiter (ATS) and Paradox (AI Interview Scheduling App), as well as guidance on team processes.
- Start contributing to your team’s success by supporting your assigned functional areas and assisting in filling key roles.

Qualifications
A little about you:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, with some exposure to sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Tech recruitment experience is essential
- A strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn about tech roles and skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and team members.
- Eagerness to grow and develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Singaporean or Singapore PR status is required.
