Contract Period: Mid July 2025 to Mid Oct 2026 (16 months)
Working hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
- Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of National School Games.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders (Organising Committees, Sports Associations, Venues, Officials).
- Results management and manage competition schedule.
- Provide logistical and administrative support.
- Assist in procurement and payment matters.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Good organisational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft application and well versed in using MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-tasking.
