Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the centre’s services, packages, and wellness offerings.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, content marketing).
- Oversee the centre’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across all channels.
Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, videos, and website updates. - Organize and support promotional events, and partnerships with healthcare/wellness providers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with the centre’s brand values of care, trust, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Passionate about maternal care, wellness, and family-oriented services.
