Job Description
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage picking and delivery/collection of goods to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Ensure that documentation is complete for all transactions and filing of documents is timely
- Receiving of finished goods, raw materials and Company’s miscellaneous purchases
- Updating and processing of required transactions in SAP system
- Collate and analyse data and prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports
- Collate and submit overtime, incentives for the team
- Conduct stock check and bi-annual stock take
- Manage the department’s drums, stationery, tools, diesel inventory, vehicles
- Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping of areas under the care of Store department
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of logistics/warehousing experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite of applications
- Meticulous and has good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to manage and make impromptu decisions in a fast-paced working environment
