Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of Regional CBGO Process Standardization and Strategic Initiatives to deliver a fully digitally enabled and empowered Operations function.
- Own and manage multiple business and technical projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as business case building, planning, analysis, design/development, implementation & post go-live handover to support.
- Partner with Technology and Group Operations Capability Centre to integrate advanced technologies, including AI/Generative AI, into operational frameworks and enhance system capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence in DBS Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending (CUL) products and processes from both a regional governance and standardization perspective. Develop and deliver a comprehensive robust target operating model around CUL products in 6 locations and implement straight through processing and automation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Consumer Banking Operations processing or related projects
- Demonstrated track record with strong organization skills, especially project management concepts
- Experience in running transformation projects, streamline and re-engineering processes to achieve efficiencies
- An efficient solutions provider with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong subject matter expertise in CUL products and operational processes, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of managing a team to drive best in class operational processes, both from governance and line management roles.
Ability to drive projects and ensure successful delivery of work streams to tight deadlines and outstanding quality.
