Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and handle patients' enquiry whenever required.
- To assist in daily operations of the TCM clinic.
- Schedule and manages patients' appointments.
- Ensure payments, cashiering, petty cash being managed for daily operation.
- Support administrative activities, such as data entry and stock taking from time to time.
- Assist the physician during patients' treatments, if required.
- Manage medicine stock taking whenever required.
- Pack medicine and other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Ensure patients' record management are properly maintained.
Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic at all the times.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills needed.
- Able to work on weekends and PH.
- Clinic experience in a TCM environment and/or retail experience would be preferred.
