Responsibilities:
- Oversee audiovisual projects from planning to onsite installation, ensuring service quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams and act as the primary point of contact for third-party partners (locally and abroad).
- Prepare, configure, and maintain AV and IoT equipment (e.g., routers, screens, video players, PCs).
- Conduct first-level maintenance and manage hardware after-sales service.
- Travel to sites for setup and testing, coordinating with local partners.
- Work with suppliers, integrators, and fitters to deliver integrated solutions.
- Identify and establish partnerships with reliable AV providers to support installations and lifecycle maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong AV technical knowledge: LCD/LED screens, video players, connectivity.
- Proficient in network fundamentals and system configuration.
- Ability to clearly present complex technical solutions and understand luxury client expectations.
