- Reporting to Technical Team Lead within a dynamic organization that operates across a diverse portfolio in the petrochemical industry.
- Provide hands-on technical support to customers, solving issues from troubleshooting to product recommendations, including used oil analysis.
- Build and nurture strong technical partnerships with key clients, ensuring long-term success.
- Lead initiatives like plant and equipment audits, lubrication surveys, and field trials to align with our business strategy.
- Work closely with members in the sales team, providing support to ensure technical strategies are fully aligned with overall sales objectives.
- Customize and deliver training to customers and work closely with our oil supplier partners to resolve technical matters.
- Participate in sales meetings with heads of different business units, offering cross-functional technical support to enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
Requirements :
- A diploma or degree, ideally in Chemical, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in a technical environment (preferably lubricants and related applications) with a solid technical background.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- A self-starter who works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
