- Basic Salary from $3500 - $4500, Staff Perks
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday Friday & 9am - 1pm Saturday

- Experience in technical support in home appliances/ electronic products preferred
- After-sales service / Technical team management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire warranty process from initial contact to resolution.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service.
- Lead, mentor and train the after-sales service team to enhance the performance and skills.
- Identify areas for improvement in the after-sales service process and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product issues and secure necessary support.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best terms possible, replacements, or repair under warranty.
- Inventory management, ensure the spare parts are enough for daily operation.
- Communicate and coordinate with Malaysia customer service support team to update repair status accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in related field.
- Experience in E-commerce/ Home appliances/ Electronic products management is an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
