Job Title: Tender Specialist ( Window and Door Contractor)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including reviewing tender invitations, preparing and submitting proposals, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver competitive and compelling bids. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support the company’s growth and business acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze tender documents, requirements, and technical specifications.
Coordinate and prepare tender submissions, including compiling technical, commercial, and administrative documents.
Liaise with project, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure all inputs for the tender are obtained timely.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission of all proposals.
Ensure that all proposals comply with legal and contractual obligations and are aligned with company capabilities.
Maintain a tender register and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Monitor tender results and follow up on feedback or clarification when necessary.
Conduct post-tender evaluations and assist in tender negotiations if required.
Identify opportunities for bid improvement and contribute to continuous improvement in the tender process.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in tender preparation, bid coordination, or contract administration—preferably in [construction / engineering / IT / logistics or other relevant industry].
Familiarity with government e-procurement portals (e.g., GeBIZ) and private tender platforms.
Excellent writing and document formatting skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tendering software is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
