Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SMT is looking for a Moderation Training Program Manager role to focus on policy training and staff knowledge improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions.
- Establish effective training management mechanisms to oversee BPO training programs, while rigorously evaluating and monitoring training quality and effectiveness.
- Evaluate moderator performance to gauge where knowledge and skills are lacking.
- Work collaboratively with Solution teams to produce measure the effectiveness of training using various feedback methods.
- Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.
- Work closely with GNE Moderation Lead, QAs and other functions of TikTok E-commence to ensure market moderation meets goals and continuous improvement projects.
