About the Role:
This is more than just a job; it's a career path. You will join our development program, where we provide comprehensive training to master the art of foiling – where boards lift on hydrofoils and "fly" above the water. You will be at the forefront of the sport, teaching this exhilarating skill to our youth sailors in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Qualifications:
- No prior sailing or coaching experience is required! We value a great attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
- Must be physically fit and a confident swimmer.
