Roles and Responsibilities of the Training and Education Officer
- Training classes for Engineering related subjects on Electrical, Electronics, Facilities Engineering, M& E etc for our company clients.
- Prepare curriculum design development, delivery and review.
- Prepare training materials such as powerpoint slides, reading materials and assessment questions.
- Attendance preparation, monitoring and issuing warning letters for absentees
- Conduct assessments such as examinations, assignments, quiz other tutorials depending on the learning outcomes of the modules.
- Marking of assessment papers according to the assessment criteria and preparing examination result reports
- The result shall be sent to AEB for endorsement and assistance in any modulation process.
- Handle and support all the exam appeals.
- Perform module review, and course review after successful delivery of one cohort of classes according to a planned timetable without fail Maintain student satisfaction rate of 80%, Maintain student attendance rate to at least 75% and Release academic release in a timely manner
- Give timely feedback on the assignment and assessment decision
- In charge of conducting Course Assessments in a fair manner.
- Course Coordinator, Responsible for Lecturer arrangement and Schedule
- Assisting Academic and Exam Board Members on day to day Operation
- Approval of claim and release certificates,hands-on in KMS and SMS system.
- Overall routine operations are in line with Elearning, ERF and EduTrust requirements.
- Ensure that all records are digitized and archived for storage
- Any Report requested by the Company related to the Job Scope
