Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the company’s AI and data strategy in alignment with Evolve MMA’s mission and business objectives
- Design and implement data-driven systems and AI solutions to improve member experience, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Oversee the development of performance metrics, and predictive models to support data-informed decision making across departments
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and sales to apply AI tools and analytics that drive revenue growth and member engagement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards across all platforms and initiatives
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs in daily operations
- Present insights, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in support of company-wide initiatives
