The work blends policy, partner-facing execution, and hands-on QA to help Reap scale safely.
You will:

- Run extensive marketing monitoring (Visa focus): Inventory and review client/partner marketing for Visa brand usage, required disclosures, restricted claims, and co-brand standards; track issues through remediation to closure with a clear evidence trail.
- Card design & brand governance (Visa): Review card artwork and digital assets (acceptance marks, co-brand treatments, BIN/PAN display rules) for Visa compliance and manage approvals with the Card Design Operations team.
- Client-facing compliance & onsite support: Prepare evidence packs, lead or support compliance calls, coordinate onsite inspections with clients/auditors/Visa representatives, and manage corrective action plans.
- Visa program oversight: Support diligence, onboarding, and ongoing monitoring of Visa card issuance clients, covering MCC mapping, restricted categories and jurisdictions, required disclosures, and periodic reviews.
- Risk & KPI tracking (Visa thresholds): Monitor fraud and dispute performance against Visa threshold programs (e.g., VDMP/EFMP) with the Risk team; escalate and drive mitigation plans as needed.
- Training & enablement: Deliver concise Visa-specific guidance to GTM and Product teams; maintain a library of approved use cases, claims, and disclosures.
- Reporting: Publish monthly dashboards covering open items, SLAs, repeat findings, and client/program heat maps.
