The Visual Merchandising Executive plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales through innovative visual presentations. This role involves designing and executing compelling in-store displays, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity, and contributing to the rebranding efforts to strengthen our position in the market.
You will also be responsible for:
Visual Merchandising:
  • Develop and implement in-store visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand’s redefined identity and attract customers.
  • Design and execute eye-catching window displays, in-store layouts, and signage to optimize the shopping experience.
  • Create seasonal, promotional, and thematic displays that align with marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Brand Alignment:
  • Ensure all visual merchandising efforts are consistent with the brand’s rebranding vision and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align store visuals with broader branding and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor the execution of visual standards across all retail locations.
Store Support and Optimization:
  • Work closely with store managers to implement merchandising guidelines effectively.
  • Provide training to store teams on visual merchandising best practices and guidelines.
  • Regularly visit stores to assess and enhance visual merchandising standards.
Project Management:
  • Manage multiple visual merchandising projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for display materials and props.
  • Maintain organized documentation of visual merchandising plans, assets, and evaluations.
Trend Research and Innovation:
  • Stay updated on visual merchandising trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Experiment with new ideas and approaches to create a distinctive in-store experience.
  • Provide input on store design and layout improvements to enhance visual appeal.
We would want to speak with you if you are / have –
  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and basic knowledge of 3D visualization software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
It would be great if you have:
  • Experience in rebranding projects or startups is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of store layout planning and space optimization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
