Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Communications, Web Technologies, Marketing, or a related field .
- At least 5 years’ experience managing web content, CMS operations, or content product ownership.
- Proven track record of supporting digital campaign launches and website performance initiatives .
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Must have : Hands-on experience with an enterprise Content Management System; strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
- Strong understanding of web UX principles, page structure, and digital content lifecycle .
- Proficient in using web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics preferred) to measure site performance and user behavior.
- Experience with A/B testing and personalisation .
