Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Digital Communications, Web Technologies, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years managing web content, CMS operations, or content product ownership.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns and website performance initiatives.
- Experience in telco, FMCG, or large-scale web environments preferred.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Hands-on with enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred).
- Strong understanding of web UX, page structure, and content lifecycle.
- Proficient in web analytics (Adobe Analytics preferred), A/B testing, and personalization.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content governance.
- Experience with content tagging, approval workflows, and performance measurement.
