Are you passionate about helping businesses transform and future-proof their workforce? We are seeking a proactive and engaging professional to join our team to drive outreach, partnerships, and programme adoption with SMEs and industry stakeholders.
In this role, you will connect directly with employers to understand their workforce challenges, promote relevant programmes and initiatives, and support them in adopting solutions that address skills gaps, hiring needs, and job redesign. You’ll also play a key role in building networks, delivering impactful events, and communicating success stories that showcase transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Programme Outreach & Employer Engagement
- Promote workforce development programmes (e.g., Career Conversion Programmes, grants, job redesign initiatives) to SMEs and business leaders.
- Conduct outreach activities such as company visits, networking events, and webinars to raise awareness and encourage participation.
- Follow up with employers to support sign-ups and ensure smooth onboarding.
Stakeholder Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with business leaders, HR professionals, industry associations, and government partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for participating companies, addressing queries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Collect feedback and insights to strengthen programme delivery.
Events & Learning Platforms
- Plan and deliver workshops, peer learning circles, and industry sharing sessions to build employer capabilities.
- Collaborate with partners and associations to co-host events that align with workforce priorities.
- Leverage partner networks and databases to reach new businesses.
Communications & Content
- Develop outreach materials such as EDMs, social media posts, brochures, and case studies.
- Share employer success stories to showcase programme impact and inspire participation.
- Ensure clear and consistent messaging across channels.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Communications, HR, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in outreach, engagement, or programme coordination (experience in workforce development or government-linked initiatives is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging business leaders.
- Strong project and event management abilities. A motivated self-starter who enjoys building relationships and driving change.
Working location: Tai Seng
Working hours: 9am- 6pm
