We are looking for a dedicated and skilled 3rd Cutter to join our kitchen team. If you have experience in Chinese cuisine and are passionate about food preparation and hygiene, this is your opportunity to grow in a structured and supportive culinary environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the responsibilities and workflow of a raw food trimmer
- Cut and wash vegetables using proper methods
- Handle cooked food in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare food with various fillings and ingredients
- Ensure sufficient preparation of ingredients for daily operations
- Support appetizer and sauce preparation and follow-up
- Arrange staff meals and supper portions
- Assist the raw food trimmer in daily duties
- Label all stored food with names and dates
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of tools and work areas
- Comply with all 5S and HACCP food safety requirements
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by your superior
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Chinese cuisine
- Basic knife skills and cutting techniques
- Understanding of live seafood (e.g., temperature, salinity, handling)
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices
- Physically fit with good endurance for kitchen duties
