Account Assistant
Location: Tai Seng
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $2000 - $2500
Job responsibilities:
- Handle AP, AR, and GL functions.
- Prepare debit/credit notes and post to the accounting system.
- Verify supplier invoices and process payments.
- Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, and journals.
- Follow up on receivables and credit control.
- Monitor cashflow and daily cash position.
- Prepare and submit monthly GST reports.
- Assist in financial audits and annual stock count.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with accounting software, SAP is advantageous
- Knowledge in MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Singaporean only*
