We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Account & Admin Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for numbers, strong administrative skills, and enjoy supporting business operations, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers when required.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software [e.g., QuickBooks/Xero].
- Good communication skills in English [and Mandarin, if required].
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
