Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Monthly Accounting report and assist in preparation for external accountant.
- In charge all payment include handling petty cash and prepare all payment vouchers
- Do Monthly Bank reconciliation for all bank Accounts.
- To ensure proper filing and keeping of all accounts related documents for Audit purpose and in accordance to IRAS keeping period requirement (currently is 5 years).
- Prepare quarterly GST report filing as when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and tax filings.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
- Preferably 3-5year of relevant work experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word),
- Experience in Autocount accounting system preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry.
- Able to work independently.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines.
