Account Executive - APAC
Role & Responsibilities:
You will support the day-to-day finance operations of Manuport Logistics APAC offices, related to:
Accounts Payable
- Process and verify operational & general invoices.
- Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Account Receivable
- Monitor accounts for payment delays and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Prepare AR aging reports and assist with collections efforts.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to AP and AR month-end close activities.
- Bank Reconciliation - comparing the transactions recorded in the accounting records with bank transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues. Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in forwarding is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
