Job Duties :
- Assist in day-to-day financial accounting functions, bank reconciliations, etc
- Maintaining the billing system, generating invoices and account statements
- Assist to prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
- Assist to prepare financial statements
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or other related qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting
- Fresh graduates without relevant working experience are welcome to apply for junior position
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Knowledge in Quickbooks accounting system
- Able to work independently with strong analytical, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Positive personality and disposition with good working attitude
- Able to start within short notice preferred
