Reporting to Head of Client services, you will:
· Maintain Client contact database for whole department
· Track sales results of team members and department every month
· Issue invoice and quotes to client on behalf of team
· Update project management software to support HOD in work planning and tracking
· Source for pitching opportunities from tender sites
· Support Account managers in select accounts; write creative briefs, conduct research, brief KOLs / media contacts, arrange meetings
ABOUT YOU:
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related discipline
· > 2 years of relevant working experience in creative agencies or marketing role.
· Experience in offshore staffing arrangements
· Proficient project management, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
· Sustainability (ESG) knowledge is a plus
· Excellent communications, active listening and interpersonal skills
· Strong data analysis, project management skills
· Attention to details and highly numerate
· Highly motivated with desire to learn, and grow
· Awesome personality, creative and definitely a team-player
· Prefers staff based places where timezone closer to Singapore’s.
