We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Growth Executive to join our team. This is a role for someone who enjoys building genuine connections, understanding client needs, and finding opportunities to grow those relationships into long-term partnerships.
Job Overview
- Be the friendly face and trusted contact for our clients.
- Understand what clients need — and match them with solutions
- Find fresh ways to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep clients heard, and supported at every step.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that engage clients and attract new ones.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, social media posts, newsletters, and event collateral.
