Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and well-organised Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our finance and office operations. This dual-role position is ideal for individuals who enjoy both numbers and coordination work. You will handle day-to-day accounting duties while ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Prepare a full set of financial statements
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL functions
- Prepare Audit schedule
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary
- Prepare consolidated statement (Subsi in China, report to Singapore)
- Manage monthly expense claims
- Prepare payroll & CPFB related
- Handle annual IR8A and IR21 submissions for foreign workers.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, document filing, and company record-keeping
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support HR tasks such as leave tracking, claims processing, and onboarding admin
- Assist in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
- Ensure the office environment is organised and running efficiently
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Accountancy/Business Administration or related fields
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
