Job Duties:
- Managing day-to-day HR & Administration operations for Singapore office
- Ensure smooth and accurate payroll process with 3rd party payroll vendor
- Manage full HR talent life-cycle activities from recruitment, performance management, staff retention and career development
- Ensure proper employee records such as leave, training being maintained
- Handle full hiring process properly from work visa application, onboarding and new joiner induction
- Partner with functional heads to drive HR strategies in achieving the business goals and success
- Partner with group HR team to initiate and drive on global HR projects
- Ensure the team in complying with local relevant regulations and internal policy/procedures
- Ensure the smooth implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and performance management process through close partnership with key stakeholders
- Review all employee related benefits
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
- 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years' management role in banking or financial institutions is preferred
- Familiar with Representative Notification Framework (RNF) and MAS’ Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria
- Strong team player and work independently for full HR functions
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and/ or Cantonese is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholder
- Candidate with more experience can be considered for the role of Senior Vice President.
