Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting & finance function within the company
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger
and bank reconciliation, Admin duties
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Support audit and tax queries
- Liaise with banks on banking transactions
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations
- Support the Operational Team
Requirements
- Min. degree in Accounts
- Min. 5 yrs. experience
- Proactive mind set
- Analytical, decision-making and management skills
- Ability to organise and complete all the activities within a limited time duration
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Quick turnaround time on response to mails, reports and system updates
- Ability to look at the past events and plan accordingly to ensure smooth operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel
