About the role
King Grouper Fish Soup Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in our Bendemeer office. As a full-time Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Job Description
- Preparing, recording, classifying and reporting financial transaction. Including preparation and analysis of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintaining fixed assets register and general ledger accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct account reconciliation (bank, account payable, account receivable)
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various financial and operational initiatives
- Continually improving financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably in the management accounting and budgeting domain
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations
