Position Overview : As a Accounting Manager at ValueLabs , you wll play vital role in conceptualizing , designing , amd implementing holistic and intuitive solutions for complex enterprise applications.Leveraging your expertise in user-centric design principles and your proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across our suite of CRM an HR software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze investments, producing comprehensive reports to support executive-level decision-making. • Implement automation tools to streamline financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. • Oversee the full client invoicing cycle, ensuring accuracy, contractual compliance, and timely issuance. • Monitor unbilled revenue and optimize billing to maintain healthy working capital levels. • Maintain and analyze financial records, focusing on revenue trends to inform strategic decisions. • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Account Management teams to align invoice and financial timelines with project delivery. • Lead financial reporting on invoices, revenue trends, and key operational metrics. • Identify and resolve revenue leakage, discrepancies, and unbilled revenue issues. • Improve financial workflows through continuous process enhancements and automation to reduce manual errors. • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. • Provide actionable insights into leadership through dashboards, forecasts, and data-driven financial reports

Qualifications:

Requires a MBA degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance or a related field plus 04-06 years of experience in Finance Management
