Job Description
- Maintain records of the company’s financial transaction eg. Accounts receivable/ payable, bank balances, accruals, fixed asset schedule etc.
- To conduct accounting, documentation, and maintenance of records, and to provide clerical support to the head of department.
- Prepare and post journal entries, either manually or in the system.
- Monthly reconciliation of creditor’s statements, bank statements etc.
- Provide support in area of finance and administration.
- Check invoice and prepare documentation for payment. Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy.
- At least 2 year(s) working experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet deadline.
- Good working attitude, positive, systematic.
- Meticulous and detail in work.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Familiar working in Excel.
