Summary of Position:
Job Purpose: To Manage ABCOM’s Singapore and Overseas Offices Inventory Management, Data Entry, Monthly and yearly Depreciation, Assist in Internal and External Audit.
Documentation / Process
- Inventory control, reporting and management.
- Cash flow management
- Treasury functions
- Manage bank relationships
- Input all Accounting Entries in TALLY Software.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation for all bank Singapore and Overseas.
- Monthly GST calculations, reconciliation and submission.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, Monthly Depreciation and reconciliation.
- Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Half Yearly and Yearly Management accounts on time and submit for the Management Review. For overseas operations.
- Assist in Internal Audit of all the offices, on monthly, quarterly, and half yearly and yearly.

5. Sound knowledge of Singapore Accounting System of FRS, IFRS
Prior work experience requirements:
Min. 5 years of experience in the Accounts functioning of a Trading company.
Knowledge of TALLY accounting software & Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
