Job Description
- Assist with daily accounting tasks which include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger (GL) maintenance and management of fixed asset registers and inventory management.
Who we are looking for:
- Undergraduates / Graduates with basic accounting experience, especially in the retail beauty industry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Familiar with AP, AR and GL
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Students currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Singapore are welcome to apply.
Work Location: Orchard Road
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (WFH twice a month)
