About the Role:
Our client, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin and Accounts Assistant to support their daily operations. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to both administrative and finance functions in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Assist with payroll and statutory submissions as required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (entry-level candidates are welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
