Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial transactions.
- Issue Invoice & PO
- Verify subcontractor/vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least 1 years of working experience.
- Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Effective at prioritizing, organizing.
- Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
- Able to read and write Mandarin.
- Start work with short notice.
